Join me and 5 other fabulous members for a full day of learning and laughs! We’ll gather in my great room and dive into My Fitness Pal and Macronutrients. Why are they important? They are the keys to successful weight loss and maintenance! Meal planning and Prepping will be the focus of the afternoon followed up with an open forum Q&A — my favorite part of the day!
During the day you’ll provide me with your stats, and the following week, I’ll be meeting with each of you 1:1 via video messaging for a brief session to determine your BMR/EER (Energy Expenditure Requirements) which are based on your Basal Metabolic Rate and your level of physical activity. This will tell you how many calories you need to consume on a daily basis to lose weight at a healthy rate and also how to maintain once you’ve reached your goal.
Join me in the kitchen as I prepare a delicious lunch (where you just might be put to work) and walk away at the end of the day with a better understanding of your journey and all of the recipes from the day.
